- You MUST reduce your speed upon entering the gatehouse to 5 mph; hug the left side of the drive.
- Allow gate arms to close in between each vehicle.
- Report any and all concerns or suggestions to our property manager: @resortgroupinc.com.
- Discontinue using your remotes for gate entry.
- Your white access cards will also allow entry.

Vector Home Security has signed a new contract with Botanica Lakes. The basic home alarm monitoring is included in your monthly maintenance fee. NO landline is needed!
